Description
This training is geared towards informing, assessing, and providing strategies to support the skill of deep breathing and making the connection to help children learn how to calm. You will assess your own responses and reactions in relation to deep breathing by creating an environment that naturally promotes this crucial skill within children's early social emotional development. You will learn about the evidence based research behind why breathing with children matters. This training will provide you with further understanding about the relationships with yourself, your children, and your teaching team(s).

Target Age: Infant, Toddler, Preschool, School Age

Please make sure that you are able to follow supervision guidelines in the classroom before scheduling training.
Directions
This event is designed to be an interactive experience and requires full participation including dialogue response and virtual tools during the slide presentation. Participants should choose electronic devices that allow them to see, hear and participate in the full event. Smart phone and tablet apps may be limited in their functionality and compatibility with this learning platform. Credit for the course will not be given to participants that are not actively participating through the dialogue/chat boxes and interactive tools. If you are having technical difficulties, please let the trainer know immediately.
